I'm RaKia- a twenty something that loves to read, write, doodle and point others to Jesus. I was born, raised and I still reside in the beautiful and sunny Southern California. And before you paint this wave crashing, beach bummin', San Diego-esque picture in your mind, I live in the So Cal DESERT. And hey- our sunsets are OUT OF THIS WORLD. ABOUT THE BLOG I'm occasionally asked by friends and family to share insight from the books I read or to start an Etsy page for the things I doodle and paint. I don't really know where to start with all of that so i thought a blog might be the route to go. I don’t know what will become of this page… I just think it’s REALLY neat that it has my name on it. Bottom line is this- I want to shine the light and message of Christ in every single thing that I do so I hope you'll always leave this page feeling encouraged and closer to Jesus.
